Embrace farm-to-table ‘legacy’, the kind nobody finds out about (whether you’re alive or dead)
It's shameful when 'legacy' becomes the honor badge of unsanitary cafeteria profiteers, a failed integrity quest by inflamed egos as they dumpster dive.
Billion dollar schemers, scammers, and geezers think they can wash their karmic tags if they buy everyone a bag of french fries. While their ego's look for mirrors to watch themselves nobly eat, they pretend the greasy smell of their companies and non-profits aren't the results of usury, counterfeit money, graft, and systemic decadence.
A few get the heck out of the cafeteria and embrace farm-to-table ‘legacy’, the kind nobody finds out about.
Tell me, how much should we care about legacy when we’ve left this worlds buffet?
Behold the ego intoxication of those who publicly consider themselves ‘philanthropists’. What passes for ‘sentience’ is entertaining. Most have little desire to look outside the segregation of their own limited soul. They appear to your eyes as real, say all the right catch words, signal virtue as a part of their programming - and do so through philanthropy; protecting the ‘nation’, redressing ‘wrongs’, perpetuating religion, honoring tradition. Yet, they are unwilling and in many cases incapable of questioning their beliefs, their conditioning, their ‘privilege’ and arrangement to be a part of the great contraption.
These are automatons, marionettes of other wills (who themselves are lost in their dualistic dance).
Legacy of the ego is what most are seeking. When you see a public announcement of a ‘giving lifestyle’, you are observing an ego-defense mechanism. They are focused on one side of the transaction! If you look diligently, what they give was not something they really ‘needed’ or ‘strongly wanted’ themselves. Many times, they wanted to slyly benefit their ego, while giving something of someone else’s labor, capital, or resource.
DECLARATION
“I create a ‘legacy’ for my Absolute-self, one that’s almost indistinguishable from the union of all souls. I am as a whole the legacy, without swollen ego, without concern, without need to perpetuate the small-self. I am the flow that creates for the purpose of creating a more complete, seamless fractal. Although the decorations of my small-self, personality, name, likes and dislikes, honor, ‘exclusivity’, and ‘specialness’ are thrown to the wind; there is action in this love, and smooth integration into the one.”
CALL TO SELF-LESS ACTION
Give something today to someone and never let them know you gave it. Keep this transaction to yourself, remembering that nothing and no-one should ever be told – not your beloved, your spouse, your minister, not even the wind! Remove the reward for your ego and watch how you change.
A THOUGHT…
The legacy seen most often in philanthropy is a trick the small-self uses to think it can live forever. Nobody remembers anybody after 10, 100, 1000 years.
In the playground of duality, the ego remains, whether we look away from it…
…or whether we look directly at it.
