Some things are quite challenging to appreciate, some things not. Have you ever heard of ‘Gratitude whitewashing’? It’s a great way to avoid being in the present by liberally over-ingratiating those around you.

“Do you challenge yourself to be grateful for some part of those who annoy you? Everything serves, right?”

“Are you grateful for the willingness to endure the consequences of the lies you must tell, and have chose to bear?

Are you brave enough to be grateful for that which seems pathetic? 

Or, should gratefulness be an action, a knowing… much more than a word display?

There’s a place where contrived gratefulness evaporates, where ‘heads and bodies’ who think themselves spiritual, stop using it to perpetuate their separation. True gratitude is actually the state of oneness and onebody.”
