Clams understand belief and faith aren't two sides of the same shell - they're opposites
DIVE into X'Tzu's ClamCast and learn about the word named 'Phaithe'.
Phaithe – A term replacing the currently mis-defined word and concept spelled ‘faith’. A term used to express reality from a ‘Playground’ or ‘TwinInferno’ perspective. Phaithe knows no-thing and is free to detach and create, as contrasted to the now contorted version of the word ‘faith’ which has been bent to be synonymous with ‘belief’ or ‘belief system’.
Like the older original version of the word ‘faith’, ‘phaithe’ resides in the absolute, never learning any-thing, not bound by thought, a place and vantage… rather than a distinction and attachment.
“Spiny belief is a barnacle that’s the opposite of faith. As belief clings, faith lets go.
Like the spiral of a shell, belief is programming, attached thoughts who paddle furiously to the call themselves ‘faith’. Phaithe is now the term you use, as the other ‘faith’ has left you without a way of expressing reality.
Phaithe knows no-thing and is free to swim in large oceans, create, spawn and bloom.
Phaithe is a place – an oceanic sea bed, a vantage of kelp forests for as far as the primitive eye can see.
Now, symbiotic barnacles are useful for using your skin as sandpaper, while the parasitic ones just weigh you down and create drag.
Some convince you they’re imperative for happiness, while others remain in difficult places to see on your fins.
You can be the one to choose which ones remain, swimming in a more conscious relationship with your beliefs.
Doesn’t matter what type of mollusk, cetacean, or fish you are… breaking out the ‘faith’ word does not absolve you from considering the sperm whale in front of you. If you’ve ever mouthed the word ‘faith’, and meant ‘belief’, then you’re lobstigated to use critical thinking, otherwise you end up a filter feeder. For belief is a recurring thought with the barnacle of desire attached.
Dismissing anything that stumps your belief system by claiming ‘faith’ means you’re in a whirlpool of self-deception. True ignore-ance and rebellion refuses to question if the ‘faith’ colored cuttlefish shifted to a color camouflaged ‘belief’. The convenient clackings of ‘giant clam faith’ distract by bubbling the sentiment that ‘faith is belief without question’. Get your leg caught in that shell pincer and you’re a deep sea goner.
Nothing sounds more sadly violinfish than dismissals from upturned nose octopuses who choose NOT to understand how their multi-legged belief systems came into being. This is also why the ‘elite’ giant squid can never become Poseidon… they simply can’t go to those depths. Despite huge eyes and grasping feelers, awareness of oceanic realities dissolve when tangled in belief system kelp.
‘Faith’ is now a slippery sea-eel, always explaining itself as ‘trust’, and refusing to examine its beliefs because that course demands less change than discovering the reefs absolute truth.
This is the electric eel you grew up with, where the energy exchange isn’t worth pulling it back to its original meaning.
The original definition of ‘faith’ wasn’t something you could have in science, religion, or government – as it was never found in the same ocean.
You’ve grasped another key to open up the deep sea.”
Afterthought
No matter how hard I try… I still cannot prove that ‘Sam I Am’ ate green eggs and ham, a black hole has an event horizon, Jesus walked on water, the government has my best interest in mind, and Muhammed flew on the back of an owl.
(((sarc begin)))
Ah, what the heck, at least I can still say, “I have ‘faith in my heart’ that my beliefs are all unquestionably real.”
(when what I really mean by ‘faith’ is ‘trust in a set of beliefs I’m unwilling to question’ because they bring me peace, and it’s easier not to do so’.)
So glad I fit in with those who believe just like I.
Wheeeew. What a relief!
What would I do without their approval?
What will we do without their approval?
(((sarc end)))
Scrape away the barnacles of ignor-ance.
Question authority.
Question programming.
Considerations
'Lief', at least in archaic old eng-lish alludes to that 'which is willed' or 'would be willed'. In essence, that 'which would be' is a symptom of choice. The issue occurs when those who have forgotten their glory unconsciously consent to the transitory creations of 'other' segregated wills. Belief only occurs in a framework of thought. 'Faith', as usually used has been re-defined, purposefully by wills defined by an inflamed natural ego that do not prefer the clear and lucid reflection it provides. The term 'faith' was once really quite bold... for the intention was to carry metaphor and act as a single homonym contradiction... a koan that shocks one into the 'place' between thoughts.
